Board opens meeting with unity message, hears no public comment and adjourns at 12:09 p.m.

President Childs called the meeting to order at 9:12 a.m. and opened with a reminder of governance obligations under Policy 2302, telling trustees "We are a team. We leave our personal opinions at the door and we are bound by Policy 2302...". The meeting's business was largely procedural: consent items were listed as "NONE," several committees reported no substantive updates, and there were no audience comments recorded.

The board adjourned at 12:09 p.m. after recording routine motions; the minutes were prepared by Catina M. Crossman, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, and will be subject to approval at the Feb. 9, 2026 meeting.
