Board approves Pay Application #2 for Municipal Well #3, contingent on payroll records

The Readstown Village Board approved Pay Application #2 for Municipal Well #3 under Contract #2, subject to documentation requirements.

Howell moved to approve Municipal Well #3 — Contract #2 — Pay Application #2 to Olympic Builders General Contractors, Inc., contingent on the contractor providing updated payrolls for Delta 3 to review. Goodwin seconded and the motion passed on roll call. The clerk’s report included an update from Mark Digman on the well-house construction status.

The board’s approval allows the contractor to be paid pending submission of the requested payroll documentation for compliance review. The minutes do not include the dollar amount of the pay application or a construction completion date.
