Officials schedule follow-up training to run end-to-end clerk and commissioner flows

At the close of the session participants requested an end-to-end test in which clerks run the meeting from start to finish and legislative staff participate as commissioners to practice login, motion, voting and archive procedures. The trainer agreed to copy an existing committee event as a test meeting and to record the next session.

A participant asked for a session focused on the clerk running the meeting from beginning to end while legislative staff practice the commissioner view; the trainer confirmed they would record and provide the recording for absentees. The group tentatively scheduled a follow-up practice to reduce downtime and ensure IT has provisioned accounts.
