Subcommittee reviews CSBA bylaw 9322 and keeps current public comment timing

The Acton-Agua Dulce Unified Policy and Management Subcommittee reviewed CSBA bylaw 9322, which governs agendas and meeting minutes, and agreed to keep the district’s existing rules for public comment timing.

"So, the 1st 1 is by law 9 3 2 2, which has to do with the agenda and the meeting minutes," staff member Paula Chimerlake told the committee while introducing the change. Chimerlake said the bylaw had been brought back after concerns were raised at the February meeting but that the district is proposing to maintain the current format used on monthly board agendas.

Committee members raised no objections to moving the bylaw forward. Chimerlake said the updated bylaw will come to the full board as a first reading in April. There were no public comments during this item.
