ADAC reports rising treatment demand, outlines detox and recovery services; asks for continued county support

ADAC staff highlighted emerging substances (including kratom and a synthetic labeled in discussion as ‘‘708’’) and asked for continued county partnership to sustain the Journey Recovery Center and prevention programs.
