Enterprise Zone reports light activity; one $500 project fee received

MCEDC administrator Mark Pecos said no full financial statements were prepared for the special meeting but that activity since the last meeting has been limited. "We had one project, which I think was a project fee of, like, $500," Pecos said, and added that municipal contribution invoices have gone out and receipts will be reported at the next scheduled meeting.

Pecos said the enterprise zone remains in a sufficient financial position for current operations and that a more robust financial report will be provided at the Aug. 19 board meeting. Board members had no further questions at the special meeting.
