Staff recommends approval of final plat for Walnut Hills subdivision phase 1

Brentwood planning staff recommended approval of the final plat for Walnut Hills subdivision phase 1, an R2-zoned proposal that would create 28 lots on approximately 42.39 acres with dedicated open-space tracts, scenic easements, public right-of-way and an emergency access easement.

"CSDG requests approval of bridal plaque for phase 1 of the Walnut Hills subdivision that creates 28 lots on approximately 42.39 acres," said S2 (Staff member), summarizing the proposal and the staff recommendation. Staff noted one condition of approval regarding bearings and distances for public utility and drainage easements where those calls differ from adjacent lot lines, plus 13 standard conditions.

Commissioners asked clarifying questions about the site location and timing; staff said the project had a previous preliminary plan and is now ready for final plat recording. The recommendation will move forward according to the staff report and applicable conditions.
