Council signs off on three liquor-license renewals

The council approved several liquor-license renewals after staff confirmed the businesses were in good standing and that police and fire departments had reported no issues.

On Happy Valley LLC, the chair said the business was "in good standing" and moved to accept the liquor license; the motion was approved with one abstention recorded in the roll call. The council similarly approved renewals for Catbird Restaurant and for the Links at Outlook Golf Course; staff noted no departmental issues for those businesses.

Councilors also discussed outdoor-entertainment permits and asked the business representative to submit necessary materials if outdoor activity is planned. The council directed staff to add any required public-hearing steps to the next meeting packet if needed.
