Legislature recognition highlights pathway to Guam Youth Congress roles

At the recognition event, a supervisor singled out James and noted his role as sergeant at arms of the Guam Youth Congress, framing the internship as part of a broader pipeline into youth civic leadership. The supervisor praised James' willingness to learn and encouraged other interns to take the experience into future leadership roles.
