Homeowner and operator Paul Bromley told the hearing he and his wife have run the property in this function for about 13 years and reported no neighbor objections to date. "We've we've been running the place, as in in this, function for about 13 years, my wife and I," he said. Staff recommended approval and the Zoning Administrator granted the permit with non-substantive changes to findings consistent with staff’s recommendation.
