Story County adopts resolutions, approves small service contracts and solar agreement update

At its Jan. 2 meeting the Story County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution #26-43 concerning Central Iowa Regional Transportation Planning Alliance appointments and Resolution #26-44, a construction evaluation resolution relating to a confinement feeding operation structure. Both resolutions were approved as part of the consent agenda and recorded as adopted by roll call vote.

The board also approved administrative service agreements: an Insight X1 Search annual maintenance fee for $90.28 (effective 12/19/25–12/19/26), a maintenance services agreement with Securitas Technology Corporation for $9,300 (with $7,900 paid due to a $1,400 credit), and an updated Exhibit D to a service agreement with Red Lion Renewables for solar power. Each item was approved unanimously on roll call.
