Committee requires bidders to provide peer-review documentation as attachment

During review of the bidder documentation, Kristen asked the committee to change wording so bidders must provide the peer-review report itself rather than merely a statement that a review exists. Committee members confirmed that prior discussion had authorized requesting the peer-review document and agreed it should be submitted as an attachment outside the page count.

Staff said the attachments—peer reviews, copies of licenses and certifications—would be stored separately in the evaluation spreadsheet so reviewers can reference them without counting them against narrative limits. The committee directed staff to revise the RFQ language to explicitly request peer-review documentation from within the last five years and to reflect the attachment exemption in the bidder's checklist.
