Priest River council enters executive session on pending litigation

The Priest River City Council met in special session on July 30 and unanimously voted to enter an executive session under Idaho Code §74-206(1)(f) to discuss pending litigation, Council Member Mullaley moved and Council Member Turner seconded. "made a motion to enter executive session under 74-206 1 (f) Pending Litigation at 8:32 am," the minutes record, and the motion passed with all four council members voting AYE.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Jeff Connolly at 8:31 am in the City Hall council chambers at 552 High Street. The minutes list council members Turner, Mullaley, Wagner and Brower as present and note staff attendance from the mayor's office, the city clerk/treasurer, the city attorney and the city administrator. The council reconvened at 9:05 am and promptly adjourned; no public action or substantive discussion is recorded in the minutes beyond the executive-session motion and the reconvene/adjourn motions.
