Committee approves May 21 and July 16 minutes as amended

The committee voted to approve the minutes from its May 21 and July 16 meetings after members proposed clerical corrections and name-spelling fixes.

For the May 21 minutes, a member pointed out several spelling and name issues (NEPRA capitalization and proper spelling of Scott Bogle and North Sturtevant). A motion to approve the May 21 minutes as amended was made and seconded; the meeting recorded two 'aye' votes and one abstention from a member who was not present on May 21.

The July 16 minutes also received minor spelling corrections in the attendee list. A motion to approve the July 16 minutes as amended was made and passed by voice vote.

"Is there a motion to approve as amended?" the Chair asked before the first vote, and members responded with verbal assent. The committee directed staff to update the minutes with the agreed corrections and to circulate revised copies.
