Organizers confirm food vendors, pickup times and accessibility arrangements

Committee members confirmed catering arrangements and practical accessibility details for the charrette weekend, including vendor selections, pickup logistics and limited refreshment plans for participants.

The first lunch will be provided by KC and Lexi's, dinner by Exeter Brewing, breakfast by Ollie's, and the final lunch by Jersey Mike's. Committee members agreed volunteers would pick up food and maintain receipts for reimbursement; one volunteer noted food pickup is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Friday from Lexi's.

The chair and other members discussed offering small (5-ounce) cups from a five-gallon water dispenser rather than individually bottled drinks to avoid litter, and agreed snacks would be available for the design team, not necessarily the public. Members also talked through coffee options (regular and decaf) and the number of cups expected per urn.

Organizers emphasized dietary accommodations and asked Tiffany to collect dietary preferences from the visiting team so orders can be adjusted.
