Public presentation will be recorded for Exeter TV and posted later, not live-streamed

The committee confirmed that the Saturday public presentation for the charrette will be recorded and made available later on Exeter TV and the town website, but it will not be broadcast live.

Organizers discussed using a short Joe Stagnon overview video and drone footage to introduce the presentation; if the design team agrees, footage could be projected on the gym's big screen. Committee members also discussed whether a vector/digital map file would allow better on-screen zooming for remote viewers and archival posting.

"The public presentation on Saturday is gonna be videoed. It will not be broadcast live to the town the way this meeting is," the chair said, explaining the group wants to encourage in-person attendance at the sessions. Members agreed the recorded video will be posted later on Exeter TV and the town website.
