Staff to provide EduCLIMBER and Aeries attendance reports after noted increase to about 92%

Paula told the committee she had been running attendance reports in EduCLIMBER and that the district's latest check put overall attendance at about 92 percent, an increase from prior measurements. She said she will prepare district and school breakdowns and share the monthly attendance summaries at the next meeting.

"The last time I checked, we were at 92%, which is higher than we were," Paula said, noting she ran reports in EduCLIMBER and that Meadowlark had previously shown the most room for improvement with a 16.9 percentage point decrease in prior comparisons. Paula said the EduCLIMBER monthly reports include columns that will show ADA days recovered through the attendance‑recovery program and that she will have those numbers ready for the next meeting.

Committee members requested a clear month‑to‑month breakdown and school‑by‑school numbers so the committee can see the impact of attendance recovery and other interventions. Paula said she would bring the requested reports to the committee's next meeting package.
