Board approves multiple staff contracts and hires, including bookkeeper and head of maintenance

Under the staff contracts item, the board approved employment agreements for Denise Aman (bookkeeper, three years, 5% year-to-year increases), Matt Ulrich (Head of Maintenance, three years, 5.9% year-to-year increases) and Dannette Darrow (District Office Secretary, one year, 4.25% increase). Motion: Youngman; Second: Beltramea; a roll call was taken on the approvals.

Separately under agenda business, the board moved to hire David Durst as a custodian (Motion: Baugh; Second: Bill). The minutes record the motion, second and roll call for the hire. Several other hires and personnel items were included on the Consent Agenda earlier in the meeting (for example Stone Darrow, Annette Monge, Missy Fitschen, Kiley Pfiffner) and were presented for approval as part of consent items.
