Commissioners approve grants, change order and routine finance items including $355,942 transit grant

Greene County commissioners advanced a slate of finance and administration items at the July 29 agenda meeting, including acceptance of the 2025 Controller's Report and the county audit prepared by Zelenkofske Axelrod LLC. The board also approved administrative items such as adding Chief Clerk Jeremy Kelly as the ECMS administrator and signatory.

The board placed Change Order #1 from Pollard Land Services for the Route 21 Sanitary Sewer Extension Project on the agenda; the change order total is $10,092.50 with an effective date of June 22, 2026. All motions were moved by Commissioner McClure and seconded by Commissioner Blair Zimmerman; votes recorded as "All in Favor."
