Fraser Valley Arts brings Creation Station to Mural Fest; volunteers still needed

Committee member Anastasia Knightlinger reported that volunteer sign-ups for Mural Fest are “trickling in” and that the committee will make an additional recruitment push during the week. She said Fraser Valley Arts has agreed to bring the Creation Station to the festival following its success at Alpine Art Affair, and Kelly has ordered extra shirts to support volunteers.

Anastasia said the Creation Station’s exact placement is not yet finalized because she had been out of town; she suggested siting it near the info tent so volunteers can rotate between the two posts. The committee noted that one artist has signed up to volunteer alongside his wife and will help at the info tent. Kelly is expected to add the Creation Station to the SignUpGenius roster.
