Yachats library nears completion; grand opening set for Feb. 28

City infrastructure clerk Neil Morphis said the new library project is essentially complete and that staff are awaiting the final bookcases: "We have some of the bookcases, but we're still waiting on more bookcases that are going to show up in Oregon at the end of this month and then be installed in the library at the beginning of next month."
