Hammond board adopts agenda and approves consent items; resignation from Board of Appeals acknowledged

The Village of Hammond Board of Trustees adopted the July 27, 2026 meeting agenda on a motion by Trustee Laurie Gruber, seconded by Trustee Dan Curran. The board then approved the consent agenda, moved by Trustee Kim Olson and seconded by Trustee Lynn Pabst. Consent items comprised the July 13 board, planning board, and board of appeals minutes, vouchers, payroll and overtime reports, seminar and vacation requests, and an acknowledgment of Tony Bibeau's resignation as Board of Appeals chairman and member. The minutes record that the consent motion carried with "Most in Favor" and President Bibeau abstained on the consent vote.
