Planning commission schedules intensive subcommittee sessions through January

Chair summarized the proposed short-term meeting schedule for the bylaws subcommittee so members could complete draft revisions before the January full commission meeting. “We’re planning on the December 15, the December 22, the December 29, and the January 5 from 11 to 1 at the center in the village center,” the chair said, asking staff to circulate confirmations and post notices on the door as well as by email.

Commissioners agreed to make the sessions tentative to respect holiday conflicts and to cancel if attendance is too low. The chair said the full commission will next meet Jan. 12 at 6 p.m. and encouraged subcommittee members to bring consolidated material to that meeting. Staff (Lisa) was asked to confirm room availability and send notices.
