Board approves administrative motions: deputy registrar, tax settlements, AT&T lease amendment, surplus equipment and bills

At its July 27 meeting, the Village of Larchmont Board of Trustees approved several routine administrative motions.

Trustees appointed Julia Davis as deputy registrar of vital statistics by motion and vote. The village attorney requested and received authorization to execute consent judgments in two tax certiorari settlements concerning properties at 2094–2096 Boston Post Road and 2108–2112 Boston Post Road; the settlements were described as consistent with amounts approved by the Town of Mamaroneck and based on village- and town-engaged appraisals.

The board authorized a first lease amendment and five-year extension agreement with AT&T Mobility and voted to declare Engine 34 surplus property and authorize its sale. Trustees also approved the bill list dated 07/27/26 totaling $1,837,933.05 and confirmed bills paid outside the list totaling $555,450.26.
