Council approves minutes, claims, OMAG escrow resolution and sheriff contract renewal

The Ringwood Town Council voted unanimously to approve minutes from Dec. 5 and Dec. 8 and to accept the claims list as presented. A motion by Barbara Look to approve the minutes was seconded by Gina Bohlen; recorded votes on the minutes and claims show Brandi Goodman, Gina Bohlen and Barbara Look voting yes and no nays recorded.

The council also passed Resolution 2025-09 authorizing OMAG to distribute escrow account funds and approved the annual renewal of the Major County Sheriff Contract. The council appointed Sherry Davidson as the voting delegate and Steve Randolph as the alternate for ORWA. These items were taken as routine business with no extended discussion recorded; the minutes list the motions, movers and the recorded “yes” votes for each action.
