Advisory board plans Coastal Dune Lake Week, discusses T-shirts and bumper stickers

Board staff reviewed plans for Coastal Dune Lake Week and said they are aiming for an October week but will finalize dates once DEP’s passport program details are available. S3 asked members for input on activities and tours; the staffer said final details will be ready by the September meeting for outreach and social-media promotion.

Members praised last year’s T-shirts and proposed producing a round bumper sticker with the same logo and the names of the 15 coastal dune lakes as passport-program swag. S3 said she would work with the Tourist Development Council (TDC) on production and marketing. The board supported pairing T-shirts and stickers and using leftover items for passport giveaways during the outreach week.
