Presenters say quiet zone will remain; limited horn use only during work

Commissioners raised community concerns about train horns; presenters confirmed the quiet zone that had been suspended is back in effect and said routine train operations will respect the quiet zone. A presenter said there will be limited horn use only when workers are in the right‑of‑way and that those blasts will be much smaller than the horns heard previously.
