Council approves consent items including e-bike rules for parks, parking-fee schedule, and TSPLOST IGA

The council approved the amended consent agenda on July 27, which included four items: an ordinance (26 7 13) to amend chapter 38 (parks and recreation) to regulate e-bikes and electric scooters in city parks; an ordinance (26 7 15) amending chapter 54 (traffic and vehicles) to address parking violations and restrictions; Resolution 26 7 12 to establish a parking-enforcement fee schedule; and approval of an intergovernmental agreement with Fulton County concerning TSPLOST.
