Conservation commission reviews standard dock and shoreland permits; no objections recorded

Commission members reviewed several routine waterfront filings: a wetlands permit-by-notification for Map 116, Lot 16214 (South Shore Road — Swope) proposing a 6-by-40 dock and small concrete pad, a seasonal dock notification for Map 108, Lot 46 (Collins Family Trust), and a shoreland impact permit for Map 120, Lot 1030 (Kearns) to rebuild stone patios and retaining walls with drainage improvements.

A member noted the PBN appeared comprehensive and standard and that DES conditions were included in the seasonal dock notification; the shoreland impact permit carried a July 27 approval date and shoreland specialist sign-off. Commission members agreed no further action was required from the conservation commission on these standard filings and noted they would circulate documents among members who requested them.

The filings were handled as routine administrative items; no commission objections or formal comments were recorded at the meeting.
