Middlebury EDC defers commercial property index and development handbook until more members attend

The Economic Development Commission postponed discussion of the commercial property index until its September meeting because member John Gagas is on vacation and was not present. Commissioners did not take substantive action on the index at the July 27 meeting.

Chairman Jesse Langer said the development handbook item requires formation of a subcommittee and commitments from members before work can continue; the handbook discussion was likewise delayed until more members can participate. The minutes record no votes or assignments beyond scheduling the items for future consideration.
