Chair opens Pittsburg meeting, approves minutes and moves into brief non-public session

Chair (S1) called the meeting to order and a motion to open the session passed by voice vote. The group recited the Pledge of Allegiance and then moved to approve the meeting minutes after a motion and second; the Chair asked, “All in favor?” and members answered, “Aye.”

Later in the meeting the Chair said he would entertain a motion to go into non-public session; a motion and second were made and the Chair again called for a voice vote, which passed.
