Commissioners rescind prior transfer, approve expenditures and vendor change on July 20 bill list

The Board of Commissioners rescinded a previously authorized transfer (Resolution 509-2026) and approved a set of then-and-now expenditures during the July 27 meeting. Commissioner Greg Ress moved to rescind the earlier transfer and Commissioner Kristin Zemis seconded; the board said the transfer was not needed and should have been submitted as a supplemental appropriation.
