Board approves agenda and minutes, signs off on drainage minutes and adjourns

The Franklin County Board of Supervisors opened its July 28, 2026 session at 8:30 a.m. Supervisors Lukensmeyer and Gary McVicker were present; Supervisor Vanness was absent. Supervisor Lukensmeyer moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Supervisor McVicker; the minutes record 'all ayes' and the motion carried. The Board then approved the minutes from the July 21 regular session on a similar motion and vote.

Acting as drainage trustees, the Board approved the drainage minutes from July 21, 2026, on a motion by Supervisor Lukensmeyer seconded by Supervisor McVicker. Vice Chair Gary McVicker adjourned the meeting at 10:02 a.m.; the Board will reconvene at 8:30 a.m. on August 4, 2026, at the Franklin County Courthouse.
