Library reports small purchases, a $150 donation, and reimbursements to City of Pierre

At the July 27 meeting staff summarized recent small purchases and a donation. Itemized purchases recorded in the minutes include a June 1 Amazon charge for $7.99 (Toddler Time supplies), a June 1 Amazon charge for $78.47 (Toddler Time supplies), a June 4 Walmart charge for $98.60 (Summer Reading supplies), and a June 8 Amazon charge for $22.23 (Toddler Time supplies). The minutes also note a $150 cash donation for Toddler Time supplies deposited into the BankWest checking account.

The minutes list two reimbursement checks to the City of Pierre: check 7553 for $651.34 (reimbursement through April 2026) and check 7554 for $260.75 (reimbursement through May 2026). The Friends group had no formal report; a fall bake sale was discussed as possible but not confirmed.
