Council approves Paul Kelly to finance committee

The council interviewed and approved Paul Kelly to serve on the finance committee after a committee recommendation, the Chair said. "Paul brings a great background, including manufacturing several plants, one that manufactured SCADA equipment, which we use in our water and wastewater plants," the Chair said, and noted Kelly has an MBA and two engineering degrees.

The Chair said Kelly's experience will be valuable for capital-improvement programs (CIPs) and long-range planning; the meeting recorded the appointment but did not include a roll-call vote or mover/second in the recap.
