Seneca council schedules onsite audit review after Business Oregon documentation arrives

City Manager/Recorder Deborah Oatman reported that documentation requested from Business Oregon has been received after follow-up and that a further onsite review is scheduled for Feb. 23, 2026. The visit by John Russell will focus on audit-related matters and on identifying the city’s next steps.

Oatman told the council the documentation arrival followed follow-up communication with Business Oregon. The outcome of the onsite review will inform whether additional documentation is required or whether the audit record can be closed; no final determination was made at the Feb. 10 meeting.
