Autumn Jubilee flyer vote tabled; entertainment lineup and schedule under review

The commission tabled a final vote on the Autumn Jubilee flyer and sign design because Madeline (Maddie) Flask Campbell, who was working on the materials, was not present. The chair moved to table the vote until the next meeting so Maddie can present the proposed signage and final edits.

Commissioners also received an entertainment update: organizers have contacted several bands spanning pop/rock/soul, carnival/alternative, and a DJ, and the Aspirations Dance Company has offered multiple performances. A tentative running order was suggested spanning midday to late afternoon, but commissioners flagged the schedule as tight and asked organizers to secure band price quotes and a single sound technician to manage transitions.
