Vendors, sponsors and animal rescues lining up for Autumn Jubilee; food truck recruiting under way

Commissioners reported steady vendor interest for Autumn Jubilee and coordinated recruitment with VillaFest planning. Eliza and others confirmed civic groups (Villa Park Woman's Clubhouse, Go Green Villa Park) and confirmed the library truck and at least three animal rescues will attend; several food trucks confirmed for VillaFest may be invited to Autumn Jubilee as overflow.

Commissioners also discussed sponsorship outreach; the Chamber of Commerce expressed interest and staff members will pursue sponsorship pages and materials. Organizers agreed to produce a vendor map and finalize vendor placement, and to recruit additional food trucks and sponsors to bolster Autumn Jubilee’s offerings. "We do have 3 that are confirmed," a commissioner said about animal rescues; the commission assigned follow-up tasks to compile and share an updated vendor list.
