Danville selectmen enter and later seal non-public session under RSA 91-A

At 7:29 p.m. the Board of Selectmen voted unanimously to enter a non-public session citing RSA 91-A:3 II(a),(b),(c). The motion to enter non-public was made by Joe Hester and seconded by Scot/Scott Barr; a roll call vote recorded unanimous support.

The Board returned to public session at 9:45 p.m. (motion by Joe Hester, seconded by Shawn O'Neil). Following the return, the Selectmen voted unanimously to seal the non-public minutes (motion by Shawn O'Neil, seconded by Joe Hester) and then voted to adjourn. Roll call votes were recorded for entry and return; the Board did not disclose details of the non-public deliberations in the public minutes and authorized the minutes of the session to be sealed in accordance with RSA 91-A.
