HRA approves $10,304 warrant after debate over police-detail costs and DCR contributions

The Hull Redevelopment Authority approved a warrant for $10,304.25 covering several items: a Johnson & Johnson general liability policy for $2,985.68 (08/07/2026–08/07/2027), final payment to Marcus Street Research for $4,440, Triglia Landscaping for $1,900 (June), and Hull Light Plant charges of $29.61. A motion to approve the warrant was made and passed unanimously.
