UAB reappoints current chair and affirms vice chair; members ask for future leadership rotation

The Utility Advisory Board voted to reappoint the current chair and to retain Leon as vice chair. The Chair said, “I would be honored to do that,” after a member moved for reappointment and another seconded the motion.

Board members then moved to approve the meeting minutes with a few targeted edits; Catherine Johnson pointed out a misattributed reference to another Katherine Johnson in the draft minutes and asked staff to insert a missing word on page 9 to correct the record. The board approved the minutes as amended and the meeting proceeded to the next agenda items.
