Council approves small additions to Miskan America site; stormwater permit noted

The council approved a site-plan amendment for Miskan America after staff described the proposed work. Planning staff said the company proposes rear additions including a 313-square-foot electrical room and two compressor rooms (transcript listed additional square-foot figures) totaling a 1,295-square-foot addition; no new water, sewer, or driveway connections were proposed. "Staff recommends the approval of the site plan contingent upon any required stormwater permit," the staff member said.

The Chair recorded a motion to approve, which received a second and passed after the Chair asked for the ayes. The approval moves the item forward subject to the applicant obtaining any necessary stormwater permits and other required approvals.
