Clerk announces finance promotions: Muki Dwyer named financial services director, Aaron Wiedeman promoted to budget director

Clerk Willis announced personnel changes in the finance division: Jen Wynne Mills will depart the director of financial services position at the end of September or early October. "We are naming Muki Dwyer to be our new financial services director," Willis said, and the change will take effect when Mills leaves.

Willis also announced the promotion of Aaron Wiedeman to budget director to fill the budget division role vacated by Dwyer. Willis said the county’s plan is to minimize any service impact as staff transition to new roles; she described both appointees as experienced and expected to maintain continuity of service.
