Board sets working sessions and follow-up timeline; next full meeting Aug. 7 at 10 a.m.

Committee member (Speaker 3) proposed that county and Hiram staff meet to produce three concrete options (a/b/c) with pricing and budgets so the full board can select among them: "Here are 3 options, mayor Butte. You choose which one of the 3 you want, and you've got the pricing and the budget prepared on each one of them." Several members agreed to convene a working meeting and to have a product ready for the board meeting in two weeks.

The group confirmed scheduling: a working session was discussed for the coming Friday to finalize models, and the next full board meeting was set for August 7 at 10 a.m. The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn that was moved and seconded; chair consent was requested and the board recessed.
