Commission delays vice president selection until full attendance

President Steve Douglas raised the agenda item to select a Planning Commission vice president but asked whether to proceed with two members absent. City Manager Jerry Bryant advised there is no requirement to fill the role at this meeting and recommended tabling the item until the next meeting to allow full attendance.

President Douglas formally tabled the vice president selection to a future meeting. No action was taken and the item will return to the agenda when more commissioners are present.

The commission then moved on to other business and ultimately adjourned the meeting without filling the vice president role.
