Board debates parking, resident transportation and EMS access as part of Thrive review

A member who identified as a Montgomery EMS volunteer asked whether the facility would limit non‑emergency 911 calls and coordinate with local EMS; Weiner and counsel reiterated the plan to contract privately with an ambulance provider and to rely on 911 if needed. Municipal staff also confirmed the site plan accommodates fire‑truck turning templates that exceed the township’s largest truck.
