Overland council approves conditional-use permit for Page Avenue restaurant with no alcohol sales

The Overland City Council approved a conditional-use permit allowing a new restaurant to operate at 100041 Page Avenue in the plan development commercial zoning district. The permit, awarded through Bill 34, 2026 on second reading, includes operating-hour limits and a prohibition on alcohol sales and outside storage as described by planning staff.

Planning staff (Jason) presented the item and said the restaurant's hours would be Sunday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. to midnight, and that "Alcohol sales, none. Overnight parking prohibited. Outside storage is prohibited." Council approved the second reading and the measure will be codified as Ordinance 202634. The applicant was greeted by council members following approval.
