City of Kent urges neighborhoods to register for National Night Out, Aug. 4 deadline noted

Camp Mayor Dana Ralph reminded listeners that the deadline to register neighborhood events for National Night Out was the day of her message and that the event is scheduled for Aug. 4. "Today is the deadline for National Night Out, which is gonna be August 4. You can sign up at kentwa.gov/nno," she said, describing registration as the way to receive event swag and support.

Ralph said city council members, municipal staff, and fire and police personnel will visit registered neighborhood events on Aug. 4. She characterized the day as an opportunity for neighborhoods to connect and encouraged varied activities from barbecues to family-friendly gatherings.
