Rep. Kay Christofferson outlines three bills advancing on final day of session

Representative Kay Christofferson, speaking at the start of the final day of the legislative session, said "I have 3 bills that got through so far," and summarized the measures she has been advancing. Christofferson described one bill that would require agencies to report the full cost of fees, "including their building, their utilities, all of their expenses," and said a second bill would create a statewide joint task force on metal theft. She also said she has been involved in an income-tax reduction from 4.5% to 4.45%, which she estimated would amount to "about a 100,000,000 a year" in reduced taxpayer revenue.
