Special amusement permit for Fryeburg House of Pizza fails in 0-4 vote

The Select Board considered a Special Amusement Permit application submitted by Dimitra Katsigiannis on behalf of Fryeburg House of Pizza. Chair Greg Huang-Dale opened the public hearing; there were no public comments. Thomas Kingsbury moved to approve the permit and Greg Huang-Dale seconded, but the motion failed on a 0-4 vote.

Board members discussed the application's omissions, including a missing phone number and address on the application and the absence of an updated liquor license copy. Town Manager Katie Haley said she would obtain the missing contact details and documentation from the applicant. Because the motion failed, the applicant will need to resubmit or correct the application for future consideration.
